City Piping is headed by Kesh Bachu. Mr. Bachu has been with Nelson Air Device for over 20 years and oversees all foremen, field mechanics, and in-house support staff.

NAD's extensive full service, 24 hours a day, 7 days week, repair and maintenance department thrives working in strategic facilities such as office, hotels, residential buildings, public spaces and other heavily occupied areas. Our location in Maspeth, NY, allows us to quickly respond and resolve all of our client’s heating and air conditioning needs. Our mechanics are all members of Local Union 638B and are 30 Hour OSHA Certified.

City Piping will provide the following for all of Nelson Air Device's projects:

• A start-up of the entire mechanical system
• Coordinate and provide assistance to the building commissioning agent
• Coordinate all training and instruction as required for a seamless integration to the end user
